499et.net ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all members and users ("Members") of the 499et platform.

Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered confirmed only when a confirmation message is received from the system. Any bet left incomplete due to network issues will not be counted. Log in and check your betting history to confirm.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change in real time and may shift before your bet is confirmed. If a bet is accepted at changed odds, the system will notify you and the bet will only be finalised with your approval.

Bet Cancellation & Review

499et reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is officially declared cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error.
• Any member found exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• If evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found.

Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit applies to each match and event. These limits may vary by event, and 499et reserves the right to change them at any time. VIP members may be eligible for higher bet limits.

499et supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• The payment method used must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Transaction Verification

499et may carry out additional verification for large transactions, which can take up to 24 hours. We follow international standards in the prevention of money laundering.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be completed.

General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting purposes.
• Winnings may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• If bonus abuse is found, both the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499et platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Fraud: Opening an account or claiming bonuses using false information.
• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts under the same name or payment method.
• System Hacking: Tampering with the platform's software or security systems.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to manipulate or influence the outcome of an event.
• Underage Accounts: Use of an account by anyone under the age of 18.

499et reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This applies in particular to the following cases:

• If a breach of these Terms and Conditions is found.
• If suspicious transactions or activity are detected.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after verification is complete. However, if the closure is due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

499et strives to deliver the best possible service through its platform. However, there are limits to our liability in certain areas:

• 499et is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
